We know what it takes to build.

We’ve started businesses, found customers, hired teams, raised capital, made mistakes, scaled companies and lived through exits.

That experience shaped NoBa from the beginning. We never wanted to be an investor that simply provides capital and waits for the next update. Hands-on founder support has always been central to how we work.

The job changes as a company grows. So does the support founders need. We stay close, bringing judgement, experience, relationships and specialist capability when they can make a difference.

Kevin Fuller is a Founding Partner of NoBa. He invests in founders building workforce solutions where AI, talent and demographic change meet. He has founded and exited several businesses, and he brings that hands-on operator experience to the founders he backs.
