We typically enter at pre-seed, build conviction through close involvement and then look to lead follow-on rounds through to Series A, combining capital from Halo, existing investors and our committed-capital structures.

We work actively with founders on strategy and execution. As companies develop, that can extend to board-level involvement, helping shape direction, governance, capital and the next stage of growth.
Capital gets us onto the cap table. Involvement is how we build conviction.
Committed capital
Invest across the NoBa strategy.
We work with larger individual investors, family offices and institutional or fund investors looking to deploy capital across the NoBa platform and strategy.
Committed capital can be deployed through fund or SPV structures, giving NoBa greater capacity to lead and participate in follow-on rounds as conviction develops across the portfolio.
